Chapter 02 Structure
Software with a job to do.
Five kinds of things we build. Every one of them starts from a real process and ends in the hands of the people who run it.

DFNT Studio designs and builds software for companies. We take the noise — the spreadsheets, the chats, the workarounds — and turn it into systems people actually use.
Chapter 01 Listening
We start by listening. Not to the brief — to the floor. To the operations manager keeping the plant running on a spreadsheet nobody else can read. To the sales team re-typing the same order three times. To the data that lives in a WhatsApp thread. That is the signal. Everything we build begins there.

Keep scrolling →The operating system of your company. Orders, stock, planning, approvals: one place, one truth, built around how your team actually works.
For the people who are never at a desk. Offline-first, fast, and designed for gloves, sunlight and five-second attention spans.
Your ERP, your CRM, your bank, that one supplier's API from 2009. We connect them, reconcile them and make the data trustworthy.
Give clients a window into your work — orders, documents, status — without another phone call. Branded, secure, yours.
Where it helps and nowhere else: reading documents, classifying requests, drafting the boring parts. Always with a human in the loop.
Every project ships with source code, documentation and a team that answers the phone.
See how we work →Chapter 03 Method
Two weeks on site and on calls. We map the real process, not the org chart. You get a written diagnosis before a single line of code.
Scope, interfaces and a fixed price. A clickable prototype signed off by the people who will use it every day.
Weekly demos of working software. Short cycles, boring technology, tests from day one.
Gradual rollout, training on the floor, data migration handled by us. Go-live is a Tuesday, not an event.
Software that lives. Monitoring, quarterly reviews and a roadmap that follows your business, not our invoices.
We measure twice.
Chapter 04 System
Good software disappears into the workday. These are the rules that get it there.
Every field, every state, every edge case. We sweat details you will never notice, because you would notice their absence.
Fewer features, better ones. We say no more often than yes, and we always explain why.
Built to be maintained for a decade: readable code, standard stacks, no clever tricks.
Your code, your data, your infrastructure. No lock-in, no hostage situations, ever.
Chapter 05 Studio
DFNT Studio was founded by engineers who spent years building products inside larger companies. We started the studio to work the way we always wanted to: small teams, direct contact with the people who use the software, and the time to do things properly.
We are young as a company and deliberately unfashionable as engineers. We choose technology that will still be boring in ten years, and we write software as if we will be the ones maintaining it — because we usually are.
Chapter 06 Signal, again
Tell us what is noisy. We reply within one working day, and the first conversation is always free.
